1. Accounting We undertake the assignment of maintaining proper books of accounts of our clients. Periodic MIS reports are generated and issued as per management’s requirements to enable them to take decisions on the future course of the entity. This ensures the core competency of the client and helps him to concentrate on growth. Routine decision making is made easy in the process.
2. Payroll The arduous task of preparing the monthly pay slips, compliance with statutory requirements like ESI, PF, PT are handled by us on behalf of client. Services in the fields of salary disbursements, tax planning, and investment proof verification of employees are also provided. Monthly reporting of the human resource cost and other statutory compliances are made available within time for smooth functioning of HR division. We also take care of TDS deduction, filing and generation of TDS certificate. To complete the cycle, generation and issuance of Form 16, in compliance with CBDT Guidelines are also provided.
3. Receivables/Payables We manage your receivables and payables of your organization effectively to meet your working capital requirements. Track of purchases, sales, credit or debit notes are kept to provide up to date information of debtor and creditor cycle. This provides an edge over suppliers and customers to negotiate proper terms at proper time.
4. MIS Reports We provide frequent MIS reports regarding Accounts, Payroll, Receivables/Payables, Tax Deduction at Source and other reports suiting your organization on a regular basis to enable strategy planning. This reduces client involvement in day to day activities allowing them to concentrate on strength and growth of the business.
