Shishir S Thulasi was born in 1983. He did his Business Management Graduate (BBM) from University of Mysore in 2003 securing First Rank in the University and carrying off 2 Gold Medals in Human Resource and Financial Management. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and obtaining Fellowship (FCA) in 2012. He obtained his Law Degree in 2013 from Karnataka State Open University. He is also qualified as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA. He is also an e-Return Intermediary from Income Tax Department from 2009. He founded Thulasi and Co, Chartered Accountants in the year 2008.

He is a Graduate in B.com and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is admitted into partnership from 2016, prior to which he worked with Bangalore Based Audit firm. He has significant experience of working with clients operating into Retail markets, Mining Companies, Property Management Companies, Construction Companies, Logistics and Management Companies, Trading sectors and Concurrent Audits of various bank surrounding Ballari. His areas of expertise are Accounting, Company Law, Accounting Standards and Audit. He is also expertise in taxation. He also has international experience of working in UAE (Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi) of various companies, mainly into Super markets, Oil extraction companies, Logistics and Manufacturing companies ext. Having good exposure in UAE VAT Law, monthly and quarterly return filing of various companies.
